Dr. Abinash Jena

Dr. Abinash Jena is an Assistant Professor at Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP), specializing in Operations Management. He holds a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, with a research focus on Industry 4.0 technologies, smart manufacturing, and fuzzy computing. Dr. Jena has extensive teaching experience in Operations Management, Lean Management, Total Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainable Supply Chain previously teaching at Lovely Professional University and University Polytechnic Birla Institute of Technology Mesra.

His research interests include Operations Strategy, Industry 4.0, Sustainable Implementation Strategies, Multi-Criteria Decision Making, Smart Manufacturing Systems, and Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems. He has published several high-impact research papers in top-tier journals.

Dr. Jena is passionate about mentoring students and helping them succeed both academically and professionally. His innovative teaching approaches emphasize real-world applications of operations management principles. He has presented his research papers at national and international conferences and is actively involved in guiding sustainable practices in the industry through his research on Industry 4.0 frameworks.
