Dr. Priyanka Mishra

Currently working as Associate Professor at Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Sri Balaji University, Pune. She brings in two decades of experience in Academics, research and training in the areas of Business Analytics, Human Resource Strategy, Scorecard, Competency Framework, Mapping and Emotional intelligence. And she has expertise in data analytics software like MS Excel, SPSS, AMOS and Tableau. She has authored three books on Global Strategic Management, Data Analysis using SPSS and Business Research Methods respectively. She has published 25 research papers to her credit. She has a PhD in HRM and MBA in HRM & Marketing from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. She also has an alumnus status of IIM Rohtak for pursuing an executive program on HR Analytics and a Post Graduate program in Business Analytics from MITWPU. 

She is a PAN India trainer for academia and the corporate. She has a client base of at least 20 academic Institutions and 10 corporate firms. Her course on HR Analytics is streaming on SWAYAM, Govt of India. She is well connected with the HR network across the country through platforms like NHRD, ISTD and NIPM. She has been conferred with three prestigious awards by Punekar News, Ed Falcon Awards and Council for sustainable peace and development (Licensed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India) respectively for bringing remarkable impact on the society.
