Dr. Sumit Roy

Dr. Sumit Roy is having over Thirty years of experience jointly in the Industry and Training. Worked with Dunlop India Ltd, Murugappa Group, Pegasus HRD Pvt Ltd, Seed Infotech Ltd, in the industry, he was involved with business development, product management, channel sales, Outbound Training and Psychometric profiling. A Clinical Psychologist by passion and his specializations include Eastern and Western philosophy, Cognitive science, Leadership Development, Consciousness Studies, Environmental philosophy, Upanishads, Design Thinking, and Entrepreneurship. He has delivered over Two thousands hundred Management Development programs for the executives at the senior level in various organizations. He also has rich experience of classroom delivery for over twenty-six thousand hours in Management and Humanities discipline for a diverse range of students. In the field of Executive, education for over fourteen years developed and delivered a range of management modules. Sumit has four Masters in Humanities and one in Management and his Doctoral thesis was in Applied Ethics. Sumit has published several papers and is the author of two books titled Biosphere Ethics
